Data Entry/Customer Service-Help Desk Agent

Position Title: Data Entry/Customer Service-Help Desk Agent (Part-Time)

Department:  Charitable Funds Management Solutions

We are a nonprofit charitable organization looking for skilled individuals who can assist in processing donor pledge information and provide customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and manage time wisely. Candidate should be able to help solve problems on his or her own and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry/customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel’s basic accounting functions (mandatory) 
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Zendesk an advantage
  • Experience in account management

Candidate must pass a skills test (Microsoft Excel functions and writing skills.)

Compensation based on Microsoft Excel skill level and database knowledge expertise.

Salary: $16.00-$17.00/hr

Job Type: Part-time; flexible hours (M-F between 8:30 AM -5:30 PM)
