Why Not Be Bold, Be Bald?!
For many who fight cancer, going bald is not a choice. Honor their bravery and show solidarity by going bald with them on October 18th!
Be Bold, Be Bald! is a national fundraising event that takes place wherever you are. Participants go bald by boldly wearing a bald cap (or very boldly shaving their head!) to honor those who bravely fight cancer and raise money to help fight back. Â Participants get sponsored for their bold move, and choose the charity they want their proceeds to benefit. Â For the past three years, the LIVESTRONG Foundation has been a beneficiary of this wonderful movement.
Event Purpose: To honor those fighting cancer and to help raise money for cancer organizations
When: All day on Friday, October 18, 2013
Where: Wherever you are!Â
How: By wearing a bald cap. You’ll be able to order a cap when you register.
