Position Description:

America’s Charities, www.charities.org, a Chantilly, Virginia-based national nonprofit, representing nearly 150 members as choices in federal, state and local governmental and corporate employee engagement programs nationwide, is seeking a Member & Campaign Services Coordinator.

We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual, with strong analytical and writing skills plus a keen eye for detail.

The MCS Coordinator will:

  • Work directly with national and local member charities, primarily by phone and email, to renew annual membership in the organization in adherence to membership and campaign rules and regulations.

  • Review campaign rules and other guidance to consult with members on the preparation and submission of public sector campaign applications throughout the year.

  • Provide comprehensive membership services and be a part of cross- functional teams on organization-wide initiatives and projects, which may include research, marketing, content curation and drafting proposals.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, independent thinker who works well and balances multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organizational skills. 

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Database experience, knowledge of Crystal Reporting and a college degree are preferred.

Salary mid 40’s with an excellent benefit package.
