Position Description:
America’s Charities, www.charities.org, a Chantilly, Virginia-based national nonprofit, representing nearly 150 members as choices in federal, state and local governmental and corporate employee engagement programs nationwide, is seeking a Member & Campaign Services Coordinator.
We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual, with strong analytical and writing skills plus a keen eye for detail.
The MCS Coordinator will:

Work directly with national and local member charities, primarily by phone and email, to renew annual membership in the organization in adherence to membership and campaign rules and regulations.

Review campaign rules and other guidance to consult with members on the preparation and submission of public sector campaign applications throughout the year.

Provide comprehensive membership services and be a part of cross- functional teams on organization-wide initiatives and projects, which may include research, marketing, content curation and drafting proposals.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, independent thinker who works well and balances multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Database experience, knowledge of Crystal Reporting and a college degree are preferred.
Salary mid 40’s with an excellent benefit package.
