What Social Media Platforms Charities Should Use

At our recent Membership Assembly, citing all the algorithm updates and changes in post reach, a member asked if they should even bother using Facebook anymore.   In the video above, event panelists addressed her answer in broader terms of what social media platforms charities should use and why.  

In an article posted recently by Network for Good, Nancy Schwartz from GettingAttention.org addresses the specific question: “Facebook for Fundraising: Worth it or Waste of Time?” While her advice is a bit hard to swallow, it has good insights and stats for nonprofits to consider.
