CFC Virtual Charity Fair Videos and Success/Impact Story Requirements
The CFC Virtual Charity Fair Videos’ and Success/Impact Stories’ requirements have not changed this year. The deadline to receive the videos and stories/photo will be COB September 10th, however, we can accept them after that date.
The requirements are below:
- Your video must be WCAG-compliant
- Videos must have easy-to-watch footage
- Provide a written transcript (.doc, .docx) for the video describing overall summary and content
- Include subtitles embedded in the video. Subtitles are synced to the video and audio
- Videos cannot be longer than 60 seconds and more than 50 MB (.mp4,.avi,.mov,.vwm,.ogg,.webm)
- Videos must have captions (Note: Kapwing has a fairly inexpensive captioning capability to consider.)
- Captions can be provided as “closed” or “open”
- Success/Impact Stories should not exceed 750 words max and should include an accompanying photo
