How to Engage Employees in Workplace Philanthropy

  • What examples of effective tactics do businesses employ to engage employees in giving?
  • Should companies pick charities, or leave it open to employees?
  • What kinds of causes are most popular among employees?
  • Does the time of year or month impact employee engagement?

Those are some of the questions that Chantelle Wallace, Editorial Coordinator at Software Advice, recently asked in an interview with Nicole Morrissey and Marisa Glassman from GlobalGiving.

Citing findings from America’s Charities 2013 report, Snapshot: Trends and Strategies to Engage Employees in Greater Giving, and on a quest to better understand how corporate donors engage their employees in workplace philanthropy programs, click here to read about Wallace’s interview with GlobalGiving.
