As a program of BrightFocus Foundation, Alzheimer’s Disease Research’s mission is to save mind and sight by funding innovative research worldwide and by promoting better health through education. We envision a world where everyone lives with clarity, grace, and good health. To date we’ve awarded more than $85 million in research grants to scientists at universities and research centers internationally in an effort to find better prevention measures, treatments, or a cure for Alzheimer’s.

What we wish more people knew about our work:

Alzheimer’s is a disease that will eventually impact all of us, and it’s scary to think that there are no treatments or cures.
