Are You an Awesome Neighbor? Join Team Good Neighbors and Prove It!
Show the world what an awesome neighbor you are by joining TEAM GOOD NEIGHBORS at the ASICA LA Marathon.
By joining TEAM GOOD NEIGHBORS, you’ll be raising funds that go directly to projects that promote educational opportunities for children in 30 countries around the world.
All the money raised by TEAM GOOD NEIGHBORS for the ASICS LA Marathon will go toward PROJECT COOKSTOVES, where new energy-efficient cookstoves are built for families throughout the poorest areas of Guatemala. Over 3 billion people worldwide cook, eat, sleep, and work around their indoor fires and old cookstoves every day. The toxic exhaust leads to more than 1.9 million premature deaths annually, and is the 4th worst health risk factor in developing countries.
Good Neighbors is working to fix this and YOU can help!
PLUS! Your training and fundraising will count toward volunteer hours for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA)!
