Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the Mid-Atlantic (Make A Wish Mid Atlantic)
Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Mid-Atlantic chapter serves children who reside in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia and is a local organization, granting local wishes through local community support. Founded in 1983, Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic has granted over 8,300 wishes.
To grant wishes, our local chapter relies on community support via volunteers, in-kind and cash contributions. Individuals, corporations and clubs can have a direct impact today on children and families in the Mid-Atlantic region by supporting the local chapter. For every wish we grant, another local child is waiting to have a wish granted -- you can help that wish become a reality.
