Business Development Director

The Business Development Director (BDD) brings a proven B2B sales track record, with 8 years or more of sales experience. The successful candidate thrives on meeting goals and targets. S/he has extensive experience in selling solutions, not just features, through a consultative approach to large corporations. S/he knows the ins and outs of pipeline management, prospecting and cold calling, reaching the decision-maker, and closing complex sales. Experience selling to corporate social responsibility, H.R., or P.R. departments as well as nonprofits isn’t absolutely necessary, but it is preferred.

America’s Charities is a small but mighty 20+ member team that works closely together to get the job done and grow revenue for the organization and our nonprofit members. The Business Development Director will partner with all parts of the team, including our marketing and client engagement teams. S/he is a self-starter and flourishes in environments that require agility and flexibility.

Our new Business Development Director is someone who is passionate about inspiring and connecting employees and organizations to the causes they care about. S/he will drive the growth of America’s Charities as we strive to accomplish our long term goal of raising $1 billion for nonprofits by 2026.
