Works In Conjunction With: Help Desk, Data Processing, Report Analysis

PART-TIME, flexible hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM -5:30 PM

Overall Responsibilities

This fast paced position provides data processing and report generation support to the funds management department. The ideal candidate excels at providing excellent customer service, has a high attention to accuracy, is detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Primarily they are responsible for providing data based reporting, processing of donor data and fund donation depositing, while also maintaining timely Help Desk support.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist the Funds Management team with website based data pulling, reporting and platform updates
  • Meeting ongoing reporting needs by using various reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, MS Excel and Metabase
  • Resolve Help Desk and donor-based inquiries in a timely manner
  • Recording of funds for deposit
  • Respond appropriately to report needs and research requests
  • Perform pledge and donor data entry, as needed
  • Maintain a well-organized database

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. In lieu of, a minimum of 2 years of college plus 2 years related work experience within a relevant analytical field or programming role capacity
  • Demonstrable a working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly

Candidates considered will be asked to take and pass a Skills Test (generate a sample client email response to reflect writing skills and perform basic MS Excel functions)

$16-$18/hr.; 15-20 hrs./week
