We respect your privacy. The information about you and your donor choices is used by America’s Charities and Montgomery County strictly for the purpose of processing your donations. We will hold employee information in conjunction with this campaign as strictly confidential. No data collected from donors will be shared with any third party unless requested by the donor (for example, to allow a designated charity to acknowledge receipt of your pledge if you wish). You will receive a letter from the County acknowledging your donations. We do this to ensure the accuracy of the payroll deduction process. These letters will be generated by computer, and no County staff members will review these individual letters.
