Responding to questions about LGBT topics
Most of the things parents or teachers teach about are topics that we have had practice talking about. However, most of us did not grow up talking about LGBT topics and did not discuss them as part of our professional training as educators.
“Welcoming Schools” is a project of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation to give educators the opportunity to practice and know how to talk about LGBT topics.
