Health and Quality of Life Survey

The Marfan Foundation works tirelessly to advance research that saves lives and dramatically enhances the quality of life for people living with Marfan syndrome and related disorders. You can help advance research – and make life better for people living with these conditions – by simply completing a short 5-minute survey.
Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is conducting a health and quality of life survey for people with Marfan syndrome and other connective tissue disorders.
To ensure accurate data collection, we kindly request that you open the survey link regardless of whether or not you are a Marfan patient or if you are interested in these disorders for other reasons. If you do not have a connective tissue disorder, the survey entails answering only a single question.
To recognize your time, maintain your anonymity, and support the research of The Marfan Foundation, Northwestern University will donate $5 to the Foundation for each completed survey.
