Susan returned to the New Jersey Employees Charitable Campaign as Campaign Manager in 2014 after a 10-year intermission from this role. In her role as Campaign Manager she manages the daily campaign operations, key account management and coordinator relationships by providing coaching, mentoring and training to all levels of State and Local Government. She serves as liaison to over 120 state and local agencies and helps plan their employee fundraising campaigns and is responsible for monitoring the campaigns financial progress. Susan leads the recruitment and training of campaign volunteers in addition to Loaned Executives and is the principal liaison for the Chairperson of the Campaign. Susan presently lives in Middletown, DE with her husband Glenn. They have 4 daughters and two granddaughters.
