Regina Hendrix has been with America’s Charities for 15 years and has worked with many campaigns including the CFC, State/Local and Private Sector campaigns. She has been able to organize large charity fairs and charity participation, resulting in increasing employee engagement and donor dollars. During her time with America’s Charities, Regina has held several positions working with nonprofit members and employer workplace giving partners. In 2017, Regina successfully oversaw the City of Philadelphia Combined Campaign which resulted in a 10% increase in giving.
She worked closely with Member Charities to make sure they had a strong presence at Workplace Engagement Agency Fairs in their local areas. She assisted in training Member affiliates and their volunteers on the “Do’s and Don’ts” for attending many of the different campaign events. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 Regina coordinated a Nationwide Volunteer opportunity for TIAA-Cref employees with Dress For Success affiliates in 35 states and market areas.
Before coming to America’s Charities, Regina worked for Career’s USA Staffing Agency. Regina held the title of Branch Manager and Regional Branch Manager at the Careers USA office located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Regina Hendrix had increased productivity of the office by over 85% in the five years she was with them.
Regina, had various positions that covered Management, Customer Relation and Human Relations. She is also a Vietnam Veteran who served five years active duty in the United States Air Force.
