Olivia Harris is an associate in the New York office of the law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Olivia’s practice is focused on trademark and copyright litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on anti-counterfeiting, entertainment, and Internet law issues. Olivia routinely litigates disputes in state and federal courts around the country, and advises clients on intellectual property matters across a wide range of industries including technology, luxury goods, media, and entertainment.
Olivia is an active member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association, where she previously served on the Fashion Law committee.
Olivia has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to meaningful pro bono work, including amicus filings and legal clinics, and previously served on the junior board of Education Through Music, a non-profit organization which partners with inner-city schools in New York and elsewhere to provide music as a core subject for all children.
Olivia holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a B.A. from Barnard College.
