Andra D’Etta Hoxie

Andra D’Etta Hoxie is Program Coordinator, Employee Assistance Funds (EAF), at America’s Charities, which inspires employees and organizations to support each other and the causes they care about.

In this position, Andra reviews and analyzes applications and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with both client and America’s Charities' EAF policy requirements. Andra tracks incoming applications for review and ensures reviews are completed in a timely manner.

Prior to America’s Charities, Andra worked in the nonprofit sector with notable organizations including the former Freddie Mac Foundation and the Urban Land Institute. She has significant experience with planning major events for nonprofits.

Andra holds a Master's in Theological Studies from Evangel Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She is a community advocate for vulnerable constituents in underserved communities. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, and spend time with her family playing Scrabble.
